We congratulate our 3rd grade through 8th grade spelling team for their continuing success in the SCISA regional competition. We are so proud of our students for this great accomplishment. High expectations and standards most often produce high results. Our strong academic program, phonics based for the pre-school and early grades, produces success stories such as this-spelling champions for two consecutive years. What a record! And remember, this is against other independent schools best and brightest students. All of the faculty and administration are very proud of this outstanding accomplishment.

Congratulations, Cindy Jones
Please join me in congratulating Cindy Jones in being chosen as a Master Teacher through the SCISA Master Teacher Program. This has been a two-year long project for Cindy, and we are so very proud of her achievement. It is an honor for Timmerman School to have a Master Teacher on staff. Governor's Citizenship Award
Miss Taylor Clementi has been awarded the Governor's Citizenship Award by Governor Mark Sanford in a ceremony at the State house. Miss Clementi is an outstanding citizen of south Carolina who was elected by her peers to serve as President of the Timmerman Student Government Association and also as head cheerleader. Taylor provides service to our school at every possible opportunity, demonstrates leadership through her elected positions, and has the discipline required to be successful in all endeavors. It is important to note that Miss Clementi possesses impeccable character and takes responsibility for all of her actions. We are indeed proud of Taylor for all of her accomplishments.
Math Team 2008
We are very proud of our Math Team. They have placed fourth in the state. The students have worked to earn this recognition.
